How The Process Works

  • You log a Ticket via RAE Security Customer Portal
  • RAE Security calls you to confirm and troubleshoot any additional information
  • A local RAE Security Authorized Locksmith is dispatched to the location to troubleshoot and correct the issue
  • Locksmith will complete work and have you sign off
  • RAE Security will close out the ticket and confirm completion via phone call with you
